Inspiring Autism Spectrum Families has partnered with Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center to bring a free support group to parents, grandparents, and caregivers of children on the autism spectrum. The Autism Parent/Caregiver Support Group will focus on attendees talking and supporting one another in their shared experiences regarding everyday challenges and concerns, as well as humor and hope.
The next Parent Support Group will meet on Thursday, May 12, 2016 from 6:00 to 7:15 PM at Easter Seals 3701 Bellemeade Ave., Evansville, IN. The discussion topic will be Transition to Adulthood.
What do you envision for your son or daughter as they go through elementary school, middle school and then complete high school?
Your children need you to help them achieve their visions and succeed as an adult. Providing them with supports and guidance will help them achieve that success at home and in the community.
