1.22.25. Autism Evansville will be highlighting the families we have the pleasure of serving through our new series: **Family of the Month Spotlight**.
We hope to gain awareness and acceptance of the conversation regarding autism, as well as allow our organization, Autism Evansville, to engage, highlight, and celebrate the autism community that we serve. 💕
In addition, we hope to educate our community to see that autism doesn’t have a “look” and that we should never judge a book by its cover.

*JANUARY FAMILY OF THE MONTH SPOTLIGHT*
Hi! I’m Bohdee! Some of my favorite things are cars, trains, washing machines, ceiling fans and garage doors. Some of those things may seem odd to you, but I like watching and learning how things work.
I face many challenges everyday learning about the world around me such as loud sounds, big crowds of people and finding the right words to say when talking to someone.
With the help of Autism Evansville, I’ve been able to experience some fun things in an inclusive environment such as Sky Zone Evansville, Children's Museum of Evansville and meeting Santa!
My hope is that by raising awareness about autism, our community can be inclusive and understanding of our differences.
-Bohdee

1.13.25. Autism Evansville has recently started serving more newly diagnosed families in our tri-state area, and we’ve received the question..
“What Is Autism Evansville?” 🩷
Our friends at Captivated Content did an outstanding job putting together a marketing video for us in the fall, answering that question!
Watch the video below to learn more about who we are and to see a preview of our yearly walk & 5k!
You can also visit our website: autismevansville.org to meet our Board of Directors.
Thank you for letting us serve you!
